The ideals, documents, and policies of AKA will be adhered to in accordance with my determination to assume personal responsibility for my actions, both individually and in my capacity as an AKA member.

I promise not to engage in any discriminatory, harassing, bullying, or unlawful and or unethical behavior, and I acknowledge that if I do, I will be held responsible for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by AKA or anyone else associated with AKA as a result of my actions.

The information I provide to AKA in this membership application is for the organization's administration, payment of my dues, and inclusion of my contact information in a members' directory that will be distributed to members of AKA, and I consent to AKA collecting, using, and processing my personal information in this manner.
